We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Trade Qualified Sous Chef to join our team at K'gari Beach Resort on a permanent full-time basis. As the creative force behind our McKenzie's on 75 food and beverage menu's you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and contribute to the resort's exceptional dining experiences. About You
We are seeking a Trade Qualified Sous Chef with at least 4 years' experience who has the following qualifications and experience:
- Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (essential)
- Diploma Hospitality Management (desirable)
- HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience working in a hotel/resort (highly regarded)
Applicants must also have the right to live and work in Australia.
