• Experience in producing food of the highest standard for the menu style, delivered in a timely manner.
• Ensure highest food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are met and maintained
• Quick-thinking multitaskers able to work fast-paced environments, work well under pressure while maintaining company standards.
• Have a good attitude, punctual and presentable.
• Ability to assist with costings, budgets and minimise wastage.
• 5 days, (flexible on the days)
• Strong work ethic and an ability to communicate well are essential.
• will be responsible for managing daily kitchen activities which will include overseeing staff, assisting with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and offering is delivered to an exceptional standard and monitoring ordering and stock.
Salary will be determined relevant to experience.
