A family-owned business encompassing strong values and commitment to their people, our client is currently looking to expand their dynamic team within their Technical Service division with their new opportunity for a Spare Parts Officer.
About the Role:
The Spare Parts Officer is responsible for providing professional Customer Service to both clients and customers through the efficient and timely processing of orders, requests and enquiries aligned with compliance policies and processes.
This role will also require liaising with internal and external stakeholders, as well as other departments of the business including Warehouse, Purchasing, Service, Accounts & IT, as well as:
•Providing knowledge to customers regarding Spare Parts
•Building and maintaining customer relationships
•Producing reports and quotation to customers in a timely manner
•Process customer orders and provide continuous updates to customers where applicable
•Process invoices, credit requests and stock returns
The ideal candidate will encompass the following skills & experience:
•Experience with Salesforce/GP/Outlook/Teams/Excel
•Strong attention to detail
•Stakeholder management and build rapport with customers
•A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical Customer Service or sales role
•Ability to adapt communication when discussing technical details and specifications
