ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a multinational utility services company. Due to significant growth, we are seeking an HR Specialist who will be a strategic HR partner supporting our talent needs. You will be mainly responsible for:
- Overseeing HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events while ensuring compliance and exceptional service.
- Driving accurate payroll execution, managing providers, and addressing payroll queries.
- Leading talent acquisition efforts across levels, developing sourcing strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and assessing competencies.
- Supporting HR reporting, market intelligence, employer branding, and university recruiting initiatives.
KEY DUTIES:
HR Operations:
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events like transfers, renewals, and promotions.
- Handle benefits administration, HR data entry, and employee letters.
- Address employee inquiries on HR policies and prepare HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and local laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for HR matters.
Payroll Execution:
- Own and execute accurate payroll processes, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Collect, validate, calculate payroll data from various sources.
- Validate payroll reports, benefits reports, tax reports from providers.
- Handle payroll audit requests and address payroll-related queries.
- Manage payroll/benefits providers, enhancing processes and service.
- Lead payroll implementation for new countries.
Talent Acquisition:
- Drive efficient talent acquisition for experienced and fresh talent.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and digital tools.
- Coach interview teams on competency-based assessments.
- Enhance candidate experience and improve hiring metrics.
- Assist in talent mapping, building talent pools, and sourcing passive candidates.
- Provide market intelligence to hiring managers.
- Support HR marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Liaise with universities for intern/graduate programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE:
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR experience in operations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations
- Experience in a matrix environment.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
