We offer therapy services from birth to 65+, giving therapists the ability to choose the age range that they are passionate about working with. This allows Pinarc staff to identify their desired area/s of practice whilst also having the opportunity to expand their range with ongoing support from our wonderfully supportive senior clinicians
Support and supervision:
Cohesive and supportive multidisciplinary team- learn from our team of Speech Pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, educational advisors, preschool field officers, kindergarten inclusion support coordinators and allied health assistants.
Ongoing support, supervision and opportunities for professional development.
Tailored & rewarding caseload with direct support from senior clinicians with decades of experience across a broad range of areas.
Opportunities and support to develop skills to be part of our unique clinics including in feeding clinic, baby clinic, AAC clinic, and to pursue new and innovative ways of practice.
Regular discipline-specific meetings to extend your professional learning and networking in a supportive environment.
4 full-day in house professional development days with the whole team throughout the year in addition to 5 days to access external professional development.
Generous orientation support period.
No billable targets for your initial two months to allow you to meet the team, shadow other therapists, settle into the culture of Pinarc and learn new processes while building your caseload.
Billable target of 65% or 5 hours per full day- bonuses offered if achieving over target.
