About the role

We are looking for a Spray Sales and Service Manager to grow our equipment sales and developing an effective service and support network. The key focus will be to build, support and drive the national and state based plans around spray expansion in both sales and service capability through close collaboration with the stores team, the sales teams and the Service Centre Technicians across the state.

This role will has 5 direct reports working across the states five service centres and provide Sales training and coaching to the store team, alongside supporting our Territory managers on customer sites utilising your expertise. This role will have a requirement for travel 3-4 times per year and this role comes with a utility vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Service Technicians to ensure they are building strong customer relationships and support to ensure growth
• Engage the Stores and Sales Teams to ensure they are actively promoting and supporting the Service, Repair and Hire business
• Assist with organising and conducting any required training activity
• Drive the Spray Champion program
• Assist with building the strategic and engagement plans to drive spray expansion and growth across the state
• Work closely with the Stores and Sales Teams to identify and drive any customer engagement activity aimed at growing support for Spray
• Conduct dual sales calls to realise any selling opportunities.
• Take part in equipment demonstrations.

Skills & Experience

• Spray Experience is required.
• 3+ years in an Equipment Sales & Service environment
• Experience with Mechanical/Hydraulic/Electrical repairs
• Good Communication skills with strong strategic thinking
• High level of Customer Service
• Business/Sales Management training or like preferable
