This role is at the intersection of strategy, sales, and partner management, aimed at driving growth and innovation across APAC markets. The Senior Partnership Manager will lead the development and management of strategic alliances, channel partnerships, and ISV relationships, focusing on expanding our reach within the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. The ideal candidate will spearhead collaborative efforts with advisory and technology partners, create demand-generation initiatives, and ensure seamless integration of partner solutions with our product offerings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize and lead the APAC partner program based on Trintech's global partner strategy.
- Drive collaboration between internal sales teams and partners to meet revenue targets, with a special focus on the ANZ mid-market segment, and Japan.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and customer success.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop joint solutions, go-to-market strategies, and co-marketing initiatives that enhance product adoption and customer value.
- Oversee partner recruitment, onboarding, training, and enablement, ensuring a consistent and productive partner ecosystem.
- Manage partner performance, agreements, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business goals and contractual obligations.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- 7-10 years of applicable experience
- Proven track record in building successful B2B partnerships, sales strategies, and go-to-market programs in the software or technology sectors.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage directly and through a team.
- Understanding of partner marketing and demand generation.
- Experience working with advisory firms in ANZ and Japan, as well as a deep understanding of the software as a service (SaaS) sales model.
- Excellent strategic planning, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
