Holman Industries are currently looking for a full-time State Sales Manager to lead our team in Victoria.
The person we are looking for must have good communication skills, be a team player and be able to set and achieve goals.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Maintain & Build strong relationships with our customers,
- Drive Sales opportunities to our existing customer network,
- Present & promote the features of our products to our customers,
- Ordering & merchandising Holman products,
- Product & Sales Training,
- Attend Promotional events with our major retail customer,
- Develop Structured promotional programs,
- Optimise merchandising bay layouts to drive products and category sales performance across sales & gross profit.
- Work collaboratively with the Category and Floor managers to drive in store execution and off location components,
- Coordinate and manage training across your allocated area
- Work with Independent Account Managers and National Operations Manager to submit budget forecasts
- Coach, guide and directly assist with reports
- Setup new accounts, Implement B2B and pricing structure in support of Territory Managers
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong people management and leadership experience including employee engagement, training and development, mentoring and coaching
- Credible and highly effective at negotiating and influencing at all levels, both internally and externally, especially B2B
- Good communication skills
- Sales focused and experience with driving KPI's
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Friendly disposition & strong customer focused
- Own Car & current drivers licence (MV allowance will be provided)
- Occasional overnight travel required
