About Us: Fatra Australia is a leading provider of high-quality waterproofing solutions, committed to delivering excellence in service and products. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Sales Manager to join our team, specialising in Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes.
Job Description: As the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across New South Wales. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes, developing strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales of Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong technical knowledge of Bitumen Waterproofing products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
