Form of work Owning the development and execution of sales & marketing activation/shopper marketing plans including promotions, Store Concept, retail display, visual merchandising and field communications across retail and trade decorative paint markets and other DuluxGroup SBU’s as required. You will leverage your knowledge of shopper journeys and retailer requirements to make insight led recommendations that ultimately ensure consumers have an amazing experience with our brands.Leading a team of shopper and customer marketing and training experts, you will use your strong collaboration and leadership skills to engage with a broad set of stakeholders across brand, insights, category, sales and store operations to ensure that the strategic intent of each project is built from insights and executed in a meaningful, engaging and timely manner.
