Form of workThis supermarket is well established in the community with a strong customer service focus. The store has a friendly experienced team looking for a positive, experienced and knowledgeable hands-on leader who can assist and advise them in expanding and growing this successful business.
The Store Manager position will be responsible for the day to day running of the store.
Major duties and responsibilities will include;
- Leading and inspiring the team to meet all financial and performance KPI's and ensuring all reporting requirements are met on time consistently.
- Mentoring, coaching and developing the team
- Strong customer focus with a desire to satisfying customers’ requests and needs as your number one priority
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Suitable candidates must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in managing supermarkets or have similar experience as a supermarket Store or Department Manager to ensure that our strong standards in store are maintained. You will need to have a Forklift License or be willing to obtain. A knowledge of the Worldsmart Grocery Manager software program and holding a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would be advantageous.
