AddressDue to growth, the opportunity now exists to join a renowned and respected strata management firm, with a portfolio of ~18 Buildings & 750 lots in inner suburbs Sydney / CBD.
Working in a modern, clean office environment of 15+ staff, based in the Surrey Hills area of Sydney, you will be working within a highly professional and knowledgeable team.
You will have a support and opportunities of knowledge sharing from colleagues, and upon joining be provided a detailed handover.
Using PIQ Strata Software.
Hours: 9:00am to 5:15pm, with after hours for meetings. This role comes complete with flexible working arrangements, 2 days/week WFH with potential for 3 after probation (6 months)
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Salary Package inc Super + Bonuses + Parking + Laptop
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of ~18 Buildings & 750 lots in inner suburbs Sydney / CBD
- Oversee maintenance and improvement works on portfolio
- Get involved with our positive workplace culture
- Build and nurture relationships with building managers and committees
- Typical Strata Manager duties: correspondence, meetings, assisting accounts, etc
- Attend networking and educational events
- Prior strata management experience on similar portfolio
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and regulations
- Willing to work and grow in a strong team
- Excellent communication skills, written and speech
