Key to the role is the ability to influence at a high level, leveraging experience and expertise and using data and storytelling to influence our stakeholders to adopt and try new learning strategies and initiatives. The role will lead the thinking on how to develop solutions that meet our ambition of learning in the flow of work, aligned to micro-learning principles, high-impact, bite size learning, modularised learning pathways, personalised learning experiences enabled by technology, using Agile cadences to test, learn, measure and iterate as the work progresses


What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate to build and transform the learning experience for Woolworths Group through developing and continuous improvement of tools and frameworks such as guiding principles, learning design standards, implementation methodology and standards, learning tools and content templates
  • Develop learning materials for virtual or face to face instructor led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, digital assets, quick reference guides and assessment tools.
  • Consult and partner with internal and external partners (Vendors / Agencies ) to manage the curation of learning solutions, approaches, pathways, & content
  • Design and implement bespoke learning solutions to drive business results, workplace performance improvements and behaviour change
  • Support the deployment of your designed solutions to the training delivery team, subject matter experts and end user teams within the scope of the project

What you’ll bring:
 

  • Excellent knowledge and application of learning modalities including use of technology enabled learning solutions and emerging technologies such as AI coaching or other AI tools
  • Ability to design and develop impactful learning experiences aligned with strategic and operational goals.
  • Practical understanding and application of human-centred design and design thinking. 
  • Demonstrated experience building frameworks, curriculum, and learning pathways to create effective learning experiences.
  • Highly effective learning solution consulting, using expertise and thought leadership to drive innovation for our learning experiences
