Job Description
The Strategy and Projects Senior Adviser, within the Strategy, Policy and Advice Unit is responsible for providing expert advice and leadership and contributes to ensuring that Beyond Blue’s products and services are strategically aligned and that we continue to build capacity and capability to respond to community need.
The Strategy and Projects Senior Adviser will support the delivery of our organisational strategy, Strategy 2023+ Earlier, Easier, Together, through building alignment, consistency, and capability across the organisation to support the delivery of priority strategic projects, strategic planning, and program level strategies. The role supports the Board and Executive through its strategic considerations.
Tertiary qualified with experience in strategic or business planning, your expertise in cross-organisational capability building will be underpinned by your ability to implement frameworks to cascade our new organisational Strategy and its target outcomes throughout our projects, program level strategies, and operational business planning. The appointee will prepare papers for Board, Audit Committees and Senior Leadership with a strong track record in problem solving that includes problem definition, hypotheses testing, analysis and planning.
