The Merchant Enablement team's mission is to accelerate selection quality by enabling merchants to bring their best offerings to the platform - through things such as onboarding, catalogue & inventory management solutions, and finding ways to improve the merchant experience. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of merchants on our platform.
Your Impact in Role
- Own the "back-end" processes for merchants operating on the platform - onboarding, catalogue integrations
- Unify our safety & compliance processes - designing how we would centralise our controls, increasing our ability to see how well they're operating
- Manage a team of 1-2 contractors who help to run the underlying processes that allow merchants to compliantly operate on our platform
- Process thinking & design skills with structured problem solving capabilities
- High proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and data analytics experience (bonus SQL)
- Comfortable with technical topics & solutions
- Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
- Strong attention to detail, and spotting "gaps" in thinking
