SalaryThis is a key role in a friendly, motivated team providing high-quality support and service delivery to staff and to students, contributing to the efficient and effective Student Administration through timely advice and assistance on a wide range of student related matters throughout the student lifecycle.
The Student Administration Officer works closely with members of the RSC academic teaching team, professional staff team and with Student Administration practitioners across campus, liaising with and providing quality advice and service to students, academic and professional staff.
The Person
We are looking for a strong team player with relevant qualification and demonstrated experience in an administrative role in a complex (preferably education-focused) environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/ training. The capacity to quickly develop productive, professional relationships with colleagues and clients is essential. Highly developed organisational skills and effective self-management are key are integral to success in this role.
