Wesley is hiring a newly created role at our brand new Campus in East Perth.
You will play an important role in RTO Administration and be responsible for a quality Student journey and successful College workflows.
You will be responsible and participate in successful onboarding of students, daily supervising of workflows at the College, organising course timetabling, workshops; and to ensure all services and data comply with government standards and regulations.
You will be comfortable liaising and supporting management, staff and students. You will have strong communication skills, be well-organised and have a warm and helpful approach.
You will love people contact, work from empathy and consultancy, to help the College provide a quality service to students supporting stakeholders, management and administrators.
We envisage the role to be Monday to Friday 8.30- 2.30 pm.
Duties include:- Supervising and administering workflows from student enquiries to successful onboarding and student progression.
- Coordinating workshops and courses both locally and interstate.
- Administration of the enrolment and onboarding process working with local and national teams
- Responsible for quality and accurate data via Axcelerate
- Assist with continuous improvement in operations and student happiness
- Supervising the onboarding workflow to make sure systems are working as designed
- Liaising closely with CEO regarding all staffing, compliance and administration issues
- Distribution, collection and emailing of student and trainer feedback and for AQTF submission yearly to ASQA and internal continuous improvement processes
- Ensure the Administration Manual is kept up to date at all times and reflects current practices
- Understanding the student LMS journey
- Participating in some student onboarding designed to unpack the student learning journey and make sure the student's goals align with their chosen course
- Participate in Government Funding reporting and general data reporting as required with the team
- Understanding the various state funding opportunities and ensuring quality systems
- General office organisation and administration
Ideally, you’ve worked in the vocational education sector before but if you can demonstrate a genuine passion for working in the VET sector, we want to hear from you.
You must have previous experience in an administrative role and have the ability to build relationships with ease while working effectively on systems following standards and procedures.
