Our Submissions Coordinators play a key role in ensuring we win the projects that allow us to have an impact and truly enable communities to flourish.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Efficiently plan, prepare, and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Foster positive stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-up actions
- Maintain and update submission-related databases and documentation.
- Conduct industry research to support submissions and stay updated on trends.
Note that this role focuses solely on submissions.
To be successful in this role, you should have the below skills set:
- a minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as a submission’s coordinator or similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Adobe Suite, (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) as well as a high level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a well-established team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy working environment to achieve a 100% success rate in meeting tight deadlines; and
- Advanced written skills and experience in working in a similar industry/sector would be highly regarded.
