Who do we need?
The right person who is highly motivated with a professional strong work ethic, amazing attitude, who speaks enthusiastically, clearly, concisely, and effectively, have energy with a focus on exceeding our valued guest's expectation within a friendly, fun fast paced environment.
Preference would be given to candidates who have excelled in customer service from either retail, automotive or hospitality previously.
What will you be doing?
You will be working as part of our Service Department providing an exceptional level of service. By making vehicle service appointments for our loyal guests, confirming all pre-booked appointments, making service reminder calls, responding to online & phone service enquires, making follow up calls to ensure our guests have experienced exceptional service. You would also be working closely with our Service advisor team & supporting our Service Manager.
The right candidate must have effective listening skills and the ability to show kindness and consideration towards our Guests.
