We are now seeking a Supervisor Infrastructure Maintenance to join our Maintenance team at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine.
Accountable to the Superintendent Infrastructure Maintenance this role is offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster, we operate direct flights to our sites from Perth and Kalgoorlie.
Accountabilities:
- Assisting the Superintendent: Infrastructure Maintenance in supervising an Infrastructure maintenance team and ensuring that they are trained and developed to their full potential
- Assisting the Superintendent in supervising projects within the Processing Plant
- Working with the maintenance team in a ‘hands on' capacity and carrying out maintenance work when required
- Work closely with mechanical department personnel
- Liaising with maintenance personnel on safety, performance and technical issues
- Assisting in the management and execution of daily, weekly and monthly work plans and schedules
- Developing detailed maintenance plans for the delivery of work including assessing labour requirements
- Assisting in the development of infrastructure personnel and work practices
- Ensuring team compliance with all company, legislative and statutory regulations in regard to safety and the environment
- Liaising with stores personnel to ensure timely arrival of parts and equipment.
- Cover a range of Infrastructure activities including, Borefields, Camp, Piping, Contractor management, CIL Tank refurbishment, Planned shutdown activities, Aerodrome maintenance, building maintenance and a range of support infrastructrure for a remote area gold mine
About You

- Hold existing and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia
- Have extensive mining industry experience in maintenance and installations in gold processing
- Have previous experience in a supervisory role and demonstrate a ‘hands on' approach in gold mining processing and site infrastructure
- Have experience with maintenance planning/scheduling, essentially SAP
- Hold excellent communication and leadership skills with superior analytical, planning and prioritizing skills
- Be proficient with Microsoft computer software, including Outlook, Office and Project
- Ability to work with engineers for project supervision and planning of surface and infrastructure daily activities
- The ability to obtain a new National Police Clearance
- Existing permanent Australian working rights (Mandatory)
