Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for a reliable and efficient Supply Chain.
- Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with our CRM and other operating systems used
- Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead cross-Business Unit planning processes for intra-company alignment.
- Build and manage key relationships across the Supply Chain
- Strategically and tactically approach daily problem-solving and continuous improvement for performance targets.
- Develop, understand, and improve Key Performance Indicators.
- Analyze operational trends and implement corrective action plans.
- Promptly address Supply Chain failures to ensure operational stability and escalate as needed.
- Manage, coach, and develop staff, working with employees to set goals in training, development, performance, and career planning.
- Manage purchase orders
- Manage Stock levels and monthly stocktake between the warehouses
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Supply Chain, logistics and procurementÂ
- Strong computer literacyÂ
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a team when required
- Excellent verbal and written communicationÂ
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise work tasks
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about purchasing and inventory processes
