Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for a reliable and efficient Supply Chain.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with our CRM and other operating systems used
• Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead cross-Business Unit planning processes for intra-company alignment.
• Build and manage key relationships across the Supply Chain
• Strategically and tactically approach daily problem-solving and continuous improvement for performance targets.
• Develop, understand, and improve Key Performance Indicators.
• Analyze operational trends and implement corrective action plans.
• Promptly address Supply Chain failures to ensure operational stability and escalate as needed.
• Manage, coach, and develop staff, working with employees to set goals in training, development, performance, and career planning.
• Manage purchase orders
• Manage Stock levels and monthly stocktake between the warehouses
• Maintaining accurate purchasing records

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Supply Chain, logistics and procurement 
• Strong computer literacy 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a team when required
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to plan and prioritise work tasks
• A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about purchasing and inventory processes
