About the Position

Look no further! We are seeking a Supply Officer to join our team on maximum term part time contract with the possibility of extension.
The City of Stirling is committed to delivering exceptional services to our community. As a Supply Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement of inventory, non-inventory items, and disposals within our Depot Main Store operation.
Key Responsibilities
The duties of the Supply Officer will include but are not limited to:
- Logistical Expertise: Plan and execute daily inventory movements, ensuring timely availability of supplies.
- Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer needs, following established policies and guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, City Leaders, and fellow employees.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to work across different Service Units and perform varied tasks based on your skills and qualifications.
- Customer Focus: Prioritize unscheduled requests and maintain a proactive approach to change.
- Safety First: Keep our Stores areas organized and adhere to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
About You

- Licences: High Risk Work Licence - Fork-lift truck LF Class & Front-end loader/forklift certificate
- Experience: intermediate experience with administrative and financial processes

- Agile Mindset: Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a positive work environment.

This temporary part-time position is a Level 4 Inside Workforce Agreement position which attract a salary range from $68,114 - $71,700 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have ability obtain a:
- A copy of Australian driving licence
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
- The right to work in Australia
