The Role:
As aSupport Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping NDIS participants navigate their plans and connect with the right supports. Your duties will include:
- Maximising NDIS Plans and assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Facilitating connections to relevant supports and services tailored to individual needs
- Collaborating closely with participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and codes of conduct
- Monitoring plan outcomes and meeting reporting requirements
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with participants and their families
- Minimum one year of previous experience as a Support Coordinator
- Full working rights in Australia
- Flexibility and willingness to travel around Sydney as needed
- Current National Police Check
- Passion for making a difference in the Disability Sector and helping individuals live their best lives
