About the Role
A part time, permanent opportunity for an Administrator to work two days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays) currently exists in our Horsham office. This is an exciting opportunity to work for the CFA within a positive, supportive and close-knit team and offers excellent opportunity for growth and development.
Reporting to the District Business Manager, you will provide ‘front of house' administrative support to the district office. Working closely with our volunteer members and acting as a key team member to the district, you will coordinate day to day administration tasks, provide frontline customer service, assist with coordination of the storeroom, provide record keeping, data entry, minute taking at meetings and respond to face to face, phone and email queries with professionalism and prompt follow up.
This is a fantastic part time opportunity and would suit an all-rounder who enjoys a variety of duties whilst providing exceptional customer service. Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are important as is teamwork and commitment.
About You
You will be motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated administration experience, excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You will have experience interacting with people at all levels and be able to work with minimal supervision in a proactive manner. Important to this role will be your MS Office knowledge and your written and verbal communications skills. Experience working in the public sector and using SAP finance systems is advantageous. Please note, some afterhours work is required for this role.
