We have a fantastic permanent, full time opportunity within the Plumbing stream of our Audit & Inspections team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to begin a career within the public sector.
The Support Officer is responsible for:
- scheduling appointments
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- monitoring various inboxes
- the preparation of various correspondence and documentation
- records management
- providing procurement support
A successful candidate will bring to the role a customer-focused mindset, coupled with a passion for supporting the team to efficiently resolve issues.
Who we are looking for:
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect requests and find solutions.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear and concise documentation and support.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer service, processing, and administration skills.
