Support Specialist - Trust & Owner Accounting

The essence of this key role is to develop and strengthen client relationships by ensuring inbound enquiries and requests are handled in a proficient and friendly manner; with a key focus on supporting the Trust & Owner Accounting function.
Ideally you will have experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager, Reservations Manager or Revenue Manager where you have acquired a high level of proficiency using property management systems in detailed financial reporting.
The position requires competencies based around inbound contact from clients, facilitating technical support and ability to assist customers utilising the property management system. Clients will be able to trust the knowledge and customer service ability you possess when reaching out for support and assistance.
