About you
The successful candidate will possess the following abilities and skills
Essential:
- Demonstrate relevant work experience in Personal Care.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people with disabilities and mental health issues and their families.
- The ability to support high-needs clients.
- Demonstrated time management abilities.
- Pro-active and dedicated approach in delivering best-practice care.
- Must be fully COVID-19 Vaccinated.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or other relevant qualification.
- Availability to work AM and PM shifts weekdays and weekends
- NDIS Clearance
To be successful in this role, you will need to pass relevant WCC Checks, Police Checks as well as have a record of up-to-date flu vaccinations.
