About the Role
Aramex Melbourne is currently seeking a full time System Administrator & IT Support to assist the business in identifying the right approach for new concepts or resolving an issue, and to ensure the integrity of day-to-day IT systems. This will involve working through and documenting the development of new products and processes, collating and modelling data to empower stakeholders. Whether it’s compiling disparate sets of data into a modelling, or trying to distill ideas and concepts into a new offering, our perfect candidate is someone who can work within a team to help the business find the best solution for any challenge or opportunity.
You will report to the Executive General Manager, this important role will see you focus on:
- Build BI reports to monitor sections of the business and empower decision makers.
- Maintain and support current IT infrastructure
- Liaise with stakeholders and franchisees to gather business requirements for new products, system/process changes, and business critical issues
- Assist in the production of business cases, objectives and scope, in conjunction with Business Sponsor/Business Project Manager
- Provide support and training to users and franchisees leading up to and following the launch of a new product or system
- Establish data models and protocols to measure the impact of change and ensure ongoing financial integrity
- Update and maintain national pricing
- Assist with the setup of new pricing structures and onboarding of key customers
To be successful in the role
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years professional experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Building relationships and maintaining a positive attitude
- High attention to detail and able to work through all considerations
- Open and honest
- Flexible to work dynamically with different departments and on varied projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Creative problem solving and critical thinking
