System Analyst

You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing information systems and processes to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and document business processes.
• Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop system requirements, specifications, and design documents based on business requirements and user feedback.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
• Define and document system workflows, data flows, and integration points to ensure seamless communication between systems and applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses to evaluate proposed solutions and changes.
• Create test plans, conduct system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate the adoption and utilization of new systems and technologies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in system analysis and design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and system design methodologies.
• Proficiency in documenting system requirements, specifications, and design documents.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with system integration, API design, and web services.
