As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. In addition to your responsibilities in software maintenance, security, user support, data integrations, and reviewing IT requirements, you will collaborate with our current system providers to enhance the user interface and data integrations.

- Software and hardware maintenance.
- Security and compliance.

- Administer Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Utilise Power Apps to develop and customise applications.
- Manage and enhance centralised systems through data integration.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Review, analyse and enhance IT requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in building reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, and Power Apps.
- Experience in managing and enhancing centralised systems through data integrations.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work with system providers for effective data integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Thirst for knowledge and understanding of business functions and needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, security protocols, and hardware components is a plus.
