OUI Recruitment is currently searching for a talented Systems Administrator to join an award-winning team. This is a newly created role that has arisen due to company growth. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure SLAs are met.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Assist junior technicians with escalations and escalate to senior technicians if needed.
- Provide BAU support for a diverse customer base and assist with projects during busy periods.
- Manage installations, configurations, and testing of newly implemented systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training.
- Monitor and maintain systems and networks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for junior technicians.
Role Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally supporting multiple customers).
- A current, clean driver's license and the ability to obtain a clean police clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft Servers.
- Experience with MS Exchange & M365.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (ESXi & Hyper-V).
- Experience with BDR tools (Veeam, Acronis & StorageCraft).
- Experience with VOIP systems (3CX).
- Experience with SonicWall & Sophos.
- Experience in network configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ConnectWise.
- A strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Relevant certifications are highly regarded (AZ-900, MS-900, ITIL).
