About the Role:
The Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting business operations and driving process enhancements by overseeing the development, management, and maintenance of business applications. As a key member of the ANCA Business System team, this position is dedicated to offering efficient and effective support to diverse service delivery units.
This newly established position demands a seasoned professional with expertise in business process re-design to actively contribute to the organisation's comprehensive digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to solve business problems by analysing the affected processes.
- Specify the modifications or enhancements required to the business information system.
- Provide support for ANCA business systems including problem analysis.
- Develop documentation and process maps that are clear, concise, and aligned to the target audience.
- Consult with software developers/providers regarding clarifications to the specifications.
- Specify tests, provide advice on testing, and analyse test results.
- Prepare and keep up to date the associated documentation, including use cases, business rules, test plans, systems, and user documentations.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst role.
- Strong Understanding of Enterprise Business Architecture.
- Strong Understanding of applications such as ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with process automation tools and technologies.
