The Systems and Process Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, updating and developing system architecture across the business and is responsible for developing business process documentation to support our operations.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals.
- Develop and system documentation and training material.
- In collaboration with others develop related Integrated Management System (IMS) process documentation (including flowcharts) resulting from identified key projects and business changes, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant qualifications / certifications in business process analysis (preferred).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, related matters, application and accreditations.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and improving an IMS collaboratively with stakeholders.
- At least 3 years’ experience in roles with a requirement to:
- design and map business processes and create associated process documentation.
- design and create policies and procedures.
- Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement
- Well-developed verbal communication skills
- Expert skill in the Microsoft suite
- Advanced skills in using the Google suite of products.
- Experience in the Passenger transport industry will be highly regarded.
