About your new role:Working as the
Functional Process Analyst within the Enterprise & Information Platform Services team, you’ll be responsible for the provision of professional expert advice and guidance on the analysis, design, implementation, and support of integrated processes related to the Energy Queensland Business Process Model.You’ll be required to leverage your process analysis skills to deliver efficient, high quality customer focussed outcomes ensuring alignment to Energy Queensland’s corporate governance framework, whilst also adhering to process best practices and standard notation (e.g. BPMN).You’ll drive the implementation of improvements or changes to business rules/procedures/information, ensuring version control policies are adhered to for process documentation changes. You’ll conduct workshops and deep dive sessions with process owners and process analysts around impact analysis (people, process, and systems), support implementation and process design activities as well as provide training to users in the related tools and methods.You’ll be located at any major Energy Queensland location, such as Brisbane, Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, or Townsville.The remuneration for your new role is from $95K plus 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight and from $110K plus 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight.Why choose to work for us?It’s an exciting time to join us and to be involved in the energy sector, so consider us for your next career move, where you will experience:

About you:You hold a tertiary qualification in Business Management, or you possess the relevant demonstrated experience in the skillsets required for this role.You’ll have an advanced understanding of the corporate process business functions, workflows, and processes and extensive technical knowledge/experience in process modelling tools and process control software such as SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Signavio.You’ve extensive experience working as part of Agile delivery teams and large-scale business transformation projects and have a solid understanding of process modelling, emerging trends in process tools, techniques, methodologies and/or frameworks.To effectively implement process and quality improvements with a variety of stakeholder you’ll need well developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including experience in liaising, influencing, and negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.It would be highly regarded if you hold lean practitioner and/or change management certification.If this sounds like you, then we can’t wait to see your application.
