- Manage Infrastructure: Proactively monitor and optimise our hybrid infrastructure, including on-premise services and cloud resources.
- Cybersecurity Champion: Collaborate with our cybersecurity team to implement robust security measures and disaster recovery solutions.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing clear guidance on our services and applications.
- Technical Expertise: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure, Microsoft 365, and Server and Workstation Endpoints.

Position Requirements
- Education and Knowledge: Relevant degree and experience, or extensive experience.
- Cloud Experience: Preferably in Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Endpoint Management: Familiarity with enterprise endpoint management tools such as InTune and SCCM.
- Cybersecurity Focus: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, and experience with cybersecurity tooling.
- Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex issues and find innovative solutions.
