AddressAMS Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate IT Support Officer to join our dynamic IT Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong interest in technology and a desire to develop their skills in a supportive and innovative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to our internal and external customers.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to desktop and mobile operating systems, applications, networks, hardware, and other IT systems.
- Taking ownership, prioritising, and resolving issues in line with the Service Desk objectives.
- Collaborating with the IT team and participating in projects and other initiatives as required.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, after-hours work, and on-call duties.
About You:
- Knowledge in Microsoft, iOS, and Android operating systems, Active Directory, Entra ID and related technologies, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Networking.
- Experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting.
- You will have or are willing to learn network skills, i.e. TCP/IP, routing, IP subnets, DNS, DHCP.
- A passion for technology with a desire to learn all things hardware and software.
- Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work as an individual as well as a member of a team.
- Goal oriented with a commitment to self-development.
