Due to rapid local and national expansion The CareSide has an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment and Training professional. A generous remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
Duties include:
Recruitment
- Develop job advertisements.
- Placement of job advertising on job boards and social media platforms.
- Assess incoming resumes for suitability and short list them.
- Schedule candidate interviews.
- Interviewing of candidates (face-to-face & video).
- Assess candidate suitability.
- Confirm suitability of candidates with Hiring Manager.
- Coordinate offers of employment.
- Administer onboarding process.
- Manage the records of the recruitment process.
- General recruitment related duties
- Answering general recruitment enquiries both internally and externally
Training
- Conduct new staff member orientation.
- Deliver specialised one-off training programs.
- Deliver planned training courses with course materials
- Test Candidates and staff members with in house examinations.
- Score exam performance .
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
Desirable qualifications
- Cert III in Aged or Disability Care
- Cert IV in Training
