Training Coordinator

NES Fircroft have partnered with a Global Mining company in Central Queensland, they're looking for a Training Compliance Coordinator! Support their Health, Safety, and Training Department by ensuring compliance and effectiveness in line with their strategy.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality training services compliant with regulatory standards.
- Manage trainer/assessor work practices and participate in compliance audits.
- Mentor and coach trainer assessors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Uphold safety standards and interact positively with stakeholders.To be successful in the role you will need:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Understanding of Queensland OH&S regulations
- Experience in Open Cut Coal Mining
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Strong integrity and respect for diversity
