Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in a training/ teaching/ learning and development role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure training competencies are met and maintained.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Learning & Development or HR related field. (Desirable)
• Ability to business partner, develop and maintain a collaborative relationships with various stakeholders through a consultative decision-making process and ability to demonstrate flexibility in adapting to change.
• Contribute to a range of company-wide cyclic HR processes and initiatives covering topics such as employee engagement and wellbeing.
