You will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition partners, employ innovative sourcing strategies, and build a robust pipeline of exceptional talent. What you will be doing?
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Support the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the sourcing process
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback
- 2-3 years experience sourcing in a high volume environment
- Experience in crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in specialized niche roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven track record of close collaboration with recruiters to understand hiring requirements, align sourcing strategies, and present top-tier candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for Talent Acquisition.
