Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Willyama, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation of interview materials and provide support throughout the interview process.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Update and manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with team members, HR, and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
