As our Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in Blue Collar Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled and dedicated individuals for our Driver positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a large Blue Collar portfolio where you deliver rapid results while maintaining a commitment to compliance and practices.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for assigned roles from to start to finish
• Mentor and provide guidance to your direct reports, fostering professional development and contributing to team success
• Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategies and campaigns
• Undertake market analysis and ensure competitor rates and benefits are updated
• Coaching leaders on Talent Acquisition practices
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies
• Review and develop recruitment resources including interview guides and job advertisements

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated 3+ years Blue collar Recruitment experience
• Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trusted working relations that enables influence amongst business leaders
• Knowledge of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements and different employment contractual arrangements
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
