As the Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in the White Collar portfolio, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals across various functions within our organisation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective strategies to source, assess, and select qualified candidates.

- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce planning, and ensure alignment with the company's goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide insights for effective Talent Acquisition strategies
- Coaching leaders on Talent Acquisition practices
- Mentor and provide guidance to your direct report, fostering professional development and contributing to team success
- Utilise various sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
- Review and develop recruitment resources including interview guides and job advertisements
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the White Collar space
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trusted working relations that enables influence amongst business leaders
- Knowledge of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements and different employment contractual arrangements
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
