About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner - is responsible for working collaboratively with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs of an assigned portfolio and provide high quality and cost-effective recruitment outcomes through the effective application of tailored, best practice recruitment and selection methods.
- Working collaboratively with the team to source, attract and hire top talent for the department through various sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, candidates, staff and external suppliers and contributes to the recruitment function goal of meeting customer requirements
- Establish clear recruiting requirements by understanding organisation plans and objectives and meeting with managers (by phone or face to face) to discuss needs/ challenges.
- Review, shortlist and phone screen to identify qualified candidates for advertised roles.
- Ensuring candidates are provided with timely feedback and all candidates have positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive and own continuous improvement initiatives across the TA function to enhance both candidate and hiring leader experience
- Use competency/behavioural interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process.
- Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Provide hiring manager training and education sessions across the business as well as other relevant coaching sessions
- Demonstrated relevant experience in recruitment function either in in-house, RPO or agency
- Good communications skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Direct experience with varied resourcing channels like LinkedIn, job boards and other
broad direction * Must have experience talent pooling across a variety of job families.
You will need to be available for a minimum of 6 months, but the manager indicated strong potential for an extension or permanency.
