What you'll be doing

6-month contract opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading global beauty group based in Melbourne's inner suburbs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates for retail positions within the company. This role also focuses on building and promoting the employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates for retail positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
• Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews'
• Assist with other talent projects within team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and employer branding including Canva
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter.
