Career opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fun and supportive team recruiting Educators and Coordinators in high volume for a 9-month maternity leave position. In this role, you will provide high-quality talent strategies to a community of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across VIC.

About the role
Managing the TA process across our OSHC services in VIC and reporting to the TA Team Leader, you will work as part of a large team including TA Support, Contracts & Onboarding, TA Specialists, TA Team Leader, and a TA Manager.
- Recruitment
- posting adverts, utilising passive search tools, phone screening, booking interviews, offer generation
- running Assessment Centres and attending Career Fairs
- developing and building upon our existing talent pools
- Relationship management
- working alongside our Hiring Managers to understand their specific role needs
- advising on recruitment best practice
- Development and growth
- leading or taking part in ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects
- investing in your own development monthly (we value it so much it's a KPI!)
- finding ways to make our recruitment processes better for us and candidates

About you
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Demonstrated recruitment background managing high volume portfolios (60+ vacancies)
- Strong time management experience, and a self-starter
- Solution focused, and confident in decision-making
- People and process focused, warm, honest, and genuine
- Clear and concise communicator
- Comfortable with tech and software; we use multiple systems in our processes
- Australian work rights, and can obtain a state relevant working with children check
