Lotus People are thrilled to be partnering with this expanding accounting firm in finding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their close-knit and supportive People Function. Located in Sydney CBD and boasting a culture that values learning and development, this organisation truly supports the career progression of their people.
The Role
A newly created position, this Talent Acquisition Specialist role will see you driving proactive recruitment through talent pooling, building relationships within the market and understanding future needs of stakeholders within the business.
The role has a dual reporting line into 2 HR managers whilst supporting them with the organisations recruitment. You will work closely with the People and Marketing team on a broad range of people initiatives such as employer branding.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies across a range of positions
- Collaborating closely with HR Managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
- Proactively headhunt and talent pool candidates
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, with assistance from HR Managers, to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Conduct necessary pre-employment checks and screenings
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, including strategy development and execution
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships
- Experience within a professional service environment is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
