Collaborating closely with two supportive HR Managers, you'll be instrumental in driving proactive Talent Acquisition solutions across the business, from Graduates through to senior leaders.You will be responsible for:

• Developing end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies across a range of roles and disciplines within the business
• Collaborating closely with HR Managers and divisional leaders to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
• Proactively sourcing suitable candidates through online platforms, direct sourcing, networking, and social media
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, with assistance from HR Managers, to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
• Conduct necessary pre-employment checks and screenings
• Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders including hiring Managers and Directors, HR Managers, recruiters, universities etc
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
• Maintain up to date and accurate candidate database
• Collaborate with the broader HR and marketing teams to enhance existing processes and employer branding initiatives.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, including strategy development and execution
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline highly valued
• Experience within a professional service environment is advantageous
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• A track record of delivering solutions that demonstrate real people and business benefit
