About the Role: As they launch our state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centre in NSW, they are harnessing cutting-edge technology to enhance customer offerings and create a safer, cleaner workplace. They need a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale their operations at Wetherill Park. This is a contract role until December 2024 with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers to meet all recruitment needs for the project.
- Manage Relationships: Provide a high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring a seamless journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize various channels to market for pipelining and attracting top talent.
- Business Insight: Participate in business and leadership meetings to stay informed and support recruitment strategies.
- Data-Driven: Deliver insightful reporting on recruitment metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
- Onsite presence at Wetherill Park is required 4 days a week.
- Proven experience in Talent acquisition, with a knack for high-volume recruitment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to provide meaningful data insights.
