GOUGH Recruitment is the leading Real Estate and Property Recruiter with over 80+ employees across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Singapore, and Hong Kong.We are looking for our next Talent Manager, reporting to our Regional Director, you will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates for our supportive Real Estate team by interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, writing job advertisements, proactively sourcing candidates through talent pipelining and headhunting, networking and building long-term relationships with candidates for current and future positions as well as making job offers to your candidates. No two days will be the same and this position will continuously allow you to grow and develop.
